An upward evaluator is a direct report or subordinate who evaluates an employee who is in a higher position or level in the company hierarchy. To add an upward evaluator or direct report for an employee, please visit the Persons tab and click on edit profile to add or update the evaluator as their upward (direct report) evaluator and save. Multiple evaluators can be added.
