Where do I provide permissions for people to setup or add their own goals?

To provide permissions for employees to add their own goals, please visit Settings > Job titles > Edit (job title) and under the Goals access menu, enable the option “Enable ability to set self goals”. To allow employees to configure evaluations for their goals, you’ll need to also enable the option “Enable ability to set up goal evaluation schedule”.
