Where do I see performance indicator’s descriptions?

Visit Administrative tools > Result Areas > View (result area) to view all the indicators of the result area with their description text. It is used to better describe the Indicator. You can add upto 1000 characters to describe a performance indicator. These descriptions are also available to evaluators while evaluating the employee’s performance.
