You can find the templates for surveys by visiting the “Evaluation templates” section in your AssessTEAM account. From there, you can select your desired evaluation template type to proceed. Enter the evaluation title, select persons and the evaluators, and use the search box to pick from our library of 3000+ KPIs grouped into various result areas, or choose your custom “result areas” to be included in the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluations.
