Every person with Self-metrics and above user role can access their peer and upward evaluations. Employees can access all their peer, downward, upward and self evaluations, whereas a team manager can also access all peer, downward, upward and self evaluations for the entire team they are managing. Evaluations that are marked hidden when setting up the evaluation template can only be accessed by the program administrators.
