Will evaluations be sent if a new hire has already crossed the 30-, 60-, or 90-day mark at the time the New Hire 30-60-90 Day Evaluation template is being set up?

Evaluations will not be automatically triggered for 30-, 60-, or 90-day milestones that a new hire has already passed when the template is set up.  However, you can use an Ad hoc Evaluation template to trigger these backdated new-hire reviews.
