AssessTEAM performance evaluation tools are built for busy professionals; we deliver simple and quick to start employee evaluations.
The first step in setting up AssessTEAM is to get your employees in the system. There are multiple ways of doing this, the fastest being integration with Basecamp or a CSV upload, an easy form lets you add one person at a time too.
As you get all of your employees in the software the next step is to match their job titles with AssessTEAM pre configured job titles, this step ensure you take advantage of the massive key performance indicator library that comes with the software.
Setting up your team performance evaluations takes seconds. Simply import from CSV or integrate with Basecamp. Invitations to your team are immediately sent out via email.
Job titles to be setup by person– KPIs are inherited based on job titles assigned.
Evaluators – Person or persons who would evaluate the people being added. In a top down evaluation method this would be the evaluator(s) in a 360 degree process it would be self, evaluators, subordinates and peers.
AssessTEAM includes over 900 job goals and 1000s of key performance indicators out of the box. Industry types preconfigured are Information technology, Manufacturing, and Services. Practically any company irrespective of size and number of employees can benefit from the powerful business intelligence reports.
Key performance indicators are grouped into key result areas. Key result areas are assigned to job titles that are associated with people. Custom KRAs can be used for specific individuals who take on multiple responsibilities.
There are 3 types of job performance evaluations at AssessTEAM. Periodic, Project close and Ad hoc evaluations.
Periodic evaluations are automatically triggered weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly as configured. These are scheduled by the team, the job title or individually by the person. Specific evaluators can be set up to receive the evaluation requests based on the job roles they lead, each person can have multiple evaluators either in a top-down or 360-degree pattern.
The most important feature at AssessTEAM is the clear visibility for your employees via the AssessTEAM mobile app and web console. Each person can independently login to see their evaluation metrics, key result areas / key performance indicator combinations, their project performance metrics, and their performance trends.
This is a very important part of employee evaluation where evaluation metrics are available to your employees at all times, they can see granular details on where they excel and where they lack with trends that show how they have performed week on week, month on month or year on year.
AssessTEAM tracks project profitability in real time, we use an advanced matrix using time invested and project budget available to display accurate business intelligence.

All persons on the software should have an accurate man hour cost assigned, this is how the software computes project cost investment.
Projects in the system to have a budget defined, recurring projects can be setup to run month after month with the same budget.

It takes seconds to get import users, projects and timesheets directly from your project management system.
Using third-party APIs we import all users into the system and create a periodic sync that pulls new users into AssessTEAM automatically. User designations are picked up and they are automatically associated with relevant result areas.
