Setting up performance evaluation of your teams takes seconds if you are importing from Basecamp or a CSV file. Each person is sent an invitation to the software with links to useful information.
Each person has the following optional elements that drive parts of the software:
Job titles setup KPIs are inherited based on job titles assigned.
Evaluators Person or persons who would evaluate the people being added. In a top-down evaluation method, this would be the supervisor(s) and in a 360-degree process, it would be self, supervisors, subordinates, and peers.
Team Assign a team name or leave blank, as you want. Teams assist in reporting on specific groups in the organization.
Man-hour rate This is the cost per hour of the person being added and is used to compute the investment per project, and display project profitability from timesheets.
User role Assign this person’s access only to self-metrics, companywide metrics, human resource tools or as an administrator (Partner / Owner).
