Setting up performance evaluation of your teams takes seconds if you are importing from Basecamp or a CSV file. Each person is sent an invitation to the software with links to useful information.
Each person has the following optional elements that drive parts of the software:
Job titles setup – KPIs are inherited based on job titles assigned.
Evaluators – Person or persons who would evaluate the people being added. In a top down evaluation method, this would be the supervisor(s) and in a 360-degree process, it would be self, supervisors, subordinates and peers.
Team – Assign a team name or leave blank, as you want. Teams assist in reporting on specific groups in the organization.
Man-hour rate – This is the cost per hour of the person being added and is used to compute the investment per project, and display project profitability from timesheets.
User role – Assign this person’s access only to self-metrics, companywide metrics, human resource tools or as an administrator (Partner / Owner).
