It’s possible that the evaluation template was not set up correctly. Please make sure that you have selected the appropriate result areas and evaluators when creating the template. You can also check the “Evaluation records” listing page to see if the template successfully sent out all the evaluations. Don’t forget to check the notification settings under “Settings > Notifications” to see if the necessary notifications are enabled.
It appears that the evaluation template I just sent hasn’t sent notifications or emails to anyone. How can I check this?
