How can I collect customer satisfaction feedback in AssessTEAM?

You can quickly send out a customer satisfaction feedback request by following the instructions below:

  1. Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Customer Satisfaction Survey template.
  2. Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period.
  3. Enter the person’s name, fill in the customer’s details, including their name, email, and phone number, and then proceed to access your result areas.
  4. Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluations.
