You can quickly send a project performance review to a customer by following the instructions below:
- Visit Administrative tools > Persons and click “Add a new person” on the screen. Enter the customer name, email address and select the ‘Customer’ user role under the user permissions before saving the profile.
- Visit Projects tab, click on Edit project and add the customer name under the Customer contacts field.
- Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Project performance evaluation template.
- Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period.
- Select the project or a project type, enter the persons for evaluation, select “Customers” as the evaluator group, and proceed to access your curated customer feedback result area.
- Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluations.
