How do I have a customer review project performance?

You can quickly send a project performance review to a customer by following the instructions below:

  1. Visit Administrative tools > Persons and click “Add a new person” on the screen. Enter the customer name, email address and select the ‘Customer’ user role under the user permissions before saving the profile.
  2. Visit Projects tab, click on Edit project and add the customer name under the Customer contacts field.
  3. Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Project performance evaluation template.
  4. Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period.
  5. Select the project or a project type, enter the persons for evaluation, select “Customers” as the evaluator group, and proceed to access your curated customer feedback result area.
  6. Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the evaluations.
