Absolutely, you can create an evaluation without sending it out right away. Visit the evaluation template section, and create a new Ad-hoc or periodic evaluation template, Enter the title and select a future send date. Enter other details and save your template. This way, you can also make any changes to your evaluation or result areas before it gets sent out on the selected send date.
