Unfortunately, you cannot write your evaluation on the same evaluation screen. However, you can open the employee self review in a different tab, complete your evaluation independently from the waiting evaluations tab, and later use the “Compare evaluation” option under My tools > My direct reports evaluations to view the two results side by side.
