Can we customize the Performance baseline categories from 3 categories to 5 categories?

The number of Performance baseline categories is fixed and cannot be changed. However, you can change the rating scale values in each category by visiting Administrative Tools > Settings > Evaluation Configuration > Performance Baseline.
