How can we use the analytical result areas to exclude scores of some evaluations from user profiles?

“Please visit Administrative tools > Result areas > Edit and enable the option ‘Analytical result area where scores do not get assigned to the evaluated employee – Ideal for generic questionnaires, workplace satisfaction analysis and Manager 1:1s’.

Such result areas when used in creating the evaluations will exclude the evaluation scores from user profiles. “
