You can quickly set an employee exit evaluation by following the instructions below:
- Visit Evaluation templates, click on Add a new evaluation, and opt for the Ad-hoc evaluation template.
- Fill in the title, the send date, and the evaluation period, the start and end date of which could be employee’s joining date and termination date respectively.
- Enter the person’s name, select the self evaluation level, and then proceed to access your curated Exit interview questions.
- Advanced options enable customization, and signature options can be used to require signatures at the end of the evaluation. Click the save button and confirm to send out the Exit evaluation.
