Continuous feedback enables you to provide real-time feedback to the persons where you have been assigned as one of their evaluators on the assigned result areas.
Please visit My tools > Directory and click ‘Leave feedback’ on the person’s profile to get started. On the next screen, select the appropriate result area(s) and start your evaluation.
To control the visibility of Continuous feedback, please visit Job titles > Edit Job title and enable the option ‘Enable access to leave feedback at will’ under Directory acess to turn on Continuous feedback for this position.
