An ad-hoc evaluation is defined as a once-off or one-time evaluation. It does not recur. And, its primary function in AssessTEAM is to quickly evaluate a single employee or a group of employees for a set of result areas.
Team leaders or managers can create ad-hoc evaluations ahead of time and schedule them for completion at a future date should the need arise. Finally, it is possible to edit and resend ad-hoc evaluations in AssessTEAM by editing the send date.
Thus, should you, as a team leader or manager, wish to create an ad-hoc evaluation, these steps will guide you.
Step 1: Login to the AssessTEAM dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the Evaluation Templates menu option from the sidebar menu options listed under the Management category.
Step 3: Click on the Add New Evaluation button on the right hand side of the web page above the table of existing evaluations.
Step 4: Select Ad-hoc evaluation from the drop down box linked to the button.
Step 5: Fill in the details required to create the Ad-hoc evaluation.
Step 6: Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
