The first step in the process is to ensure the team member has appropriate result areas assigned to him. Either pick from 900+ result areas in our software or create your own. Feel free to send a job description to email@example.com and we can set this up for you.
Real-time feedback is simple and the fastest approach is to enable continuous feedback for the manager from the Job titles tab. The manager can then immediately leave feedback from the Continuous feedback tab.
If you’d like to do a periodic evaluation, pick periodic evaluation from the Add a new evaluation tab, select the frequency, select the person to be evaluated, select the evaluator, select result areas and click save. The software will send an email to the evaluator who can either finish the evaluation on our mobile apps or the web.
If this is going to be a one-time evaluation, pick ad-hoc evaluation instead.
If this is a project evaluation, pick the project evaluation.
If this is a new employee, you can pick a 30-60-90 days evaluation. The evaluation will be sent out when the entered number of days coincides with the amount of time past the employee’s hire date.
